Job Description

In 1992, EagleRider pioneered the Harley-Davidson® motorcycle rental concept and the guided motorcycle tour business. Today, we are the world’s largest motorcycle rental and tourism company specializing in rentals of Motorcycles, ATVs, Dirt Bikes, and Scooters. EagleRider?s selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Honda, Triumph, Polaris, Yamaha and BMW motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or guided tours between rentals facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.

The Rental Assistant will work directly with EagleRider customers and will handle most administration and inquiries involved with renting motorcycles. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy a variety of responsibilities to enhance the overall customer experience, to include, but not limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Orientate customers and check in bikes

+ Transport Customers to and from hotels, etc.

+ Assist with rental bikes as they are returned and/or needed for walk ins

+ Walk the floor and assist customers with apparel needs when rental team is with customers or unavailable

+ Answer phones and communicate basic information to customers to secure reservations

+ Greet customers and engage them as they walk into the building

+ Clear and concise communication skills

+ Quick learner

+ Can Do Attitude!

+ Ability to ride a variety of makes and models of motorcycles

+ Comfortable driving a 12 and 15 passenger van and trailer

+ Clean driving record

+ Basic knowledge of HD models

+ Basic knowledge of motorcycle apparel

+ Eagerness to take on projects

+ Flexibility in schedule (Events/weekends)

+ Computer proficiency (Basic knowledge)
