Job Description Summary:
The Walter E. Heller College of Business (i.e., Heller College of Business) is looking for part-time faculty to teach one or two management courses for the coming semesters. These courses may be taught face-to-face in Chicago (primarily), in Schaumburg, and online formats. The courses may include business policy & strategy; business communications; ethics & CSR; organizational development; international business; executive leadership; organizational change; and strategic management.
The Heller College of Business is looking for highly qualified and engaging instructors to teach management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Instructors are expected to provide quality instruction to Roosevelt University (RU) students through well-prepared classes, modern teaching methods, clear communications with students, and holistic and fair assessments of learning.

Job Type: Part-Time
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Masters in Management or directly related field, teaching experience, and relevant management field experience. This includes experience in middle management and at executive and senior executive levels.
PhD in Management or in Business Administration, teaching experience, and publications in the field. Professional certifications (where applicable). Knowledge of using Blackboard and online teaching methods are welcomed.
