The intern will be charged with assisting analysts/managers by evaluating medical abstracts, creating various spreadsheets, organizing literature/data, amongst other duties.

The Intern will assist CQV staff in the development of clinical practice guidelines and appropriate use criteria to answer hypotheses within various research projects. Use knowledge and skills in epidemiology to categorize peer-reviewed published articles by study design and clinical significance. Extract relevant data from articles. Calculate risk ratios, odds ratios, and mean differences. Apply statistical techniques to extracted data (e.g., statistical significance, meta-analysis).
