Job Description

In The Swim is seeking high energy, Seasonal Call Center Representatives to join our growing team & become a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Call center representatives play an essential role within our company, and at In The Swim, our employees are our most valuable resource. The Call Center Representatives will assist with daily call center functions including but not limited to; answering incoming calls for In The Swim, ITS partner companies and divisions. Call Center Representatives are also responsible for placing orders; assisting customers with product & parts selection and ordering. Call Center team members will assist with technical troubleshooting on pool equipment, assisting customers with Customer Care issues such as: damaged or lost in shipping; wrong product ordered; wrong product received; warranty, upsells and return guarantee questions.
Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients’ customers.
Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
Provide product support.
Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide solutions, recommendations and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership, show empathy, and go above and beyond.
Performs other duties as assigned
