Embedded C Software Developer
The Software Designer will develop embedded ‘C’ code software solutions to meet system requirements. This job involves using system requirements to design, develop, and test software components used in machine control platforms, engine control platforms, display, and telematics platforms. Specific responsibilities include requirements analysis, software design, software implementation, interface between software layers, and development/execution of test procedures. Additional responsibilities may include interfaces between hardware and software as well as evaluating operational performance of an overall system.
Critical Technical Skills:
+ C Software Language Embedded Control Software with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
+ CAN based development
+ Configuration Management ( Git )
+ Software design methodologies such as UML Motorola 32-bit (Motorola MPC555, ARM) embedded processors
Soft Skills Required:
Good people interaction, teamwork, oral and written communication skills are required.
