We work with businesses in the Chicagoland area with 10-200 PCs, maybe a server or ten, that usually do not have anyone on IT staff. We become their full-time technology support department. We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Tech.
Here?s what we are looking for (skills):
A computer techie with a great personality and the desire to work hard.Experience with computer hardware and software.Great people and customer service skills.Experience with LabTech and Connectwise preferred Network+ & A+ Certifications a plus.
Here is what you?ll be doing (duties):
+ Handling client support requests, both remote and on-site.
+ Designing/Proposing/Installing company upgrades and infrastructure.
+ Onboarding new clients and following our best practices.
+ Using and improving client documentation.
