My client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team located in the NW Chicago suburbs. This role is all about developing and movtivating your team!
+ Supervise a team of Account Receivable Representatives
+ Prepare monthly deduction aging reports
+ Dispense assignments and reports to the team
+ Collaborate cross functionally with other departments
+ Improve and build out training and policies
+ Perform special projects as needed
Educational Needs and Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of related work experience.
+ Experience using SAP
+ Strong EXCEL skills
+ Strong communication and interpsonal skills
+ Ability to build strong cross functional relationships, multi-task, and great attention to detail
