Job Description

Brown & Joseph?s Administration department supports our production team and facilitates communications with clients. This includes data entry, reception, and client/customer service areas. With the ever increasing complexity of our society, this dictates new methods and higher levels of client service that we strive to achieve.


+ Navigate through multiple platforms with speed and accuracy.

+ Work with clients to resolve inquiries. {Be able to identify problems and offer solutions}

+ Other duties as assigned by manager


+ Strong work ethic

+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Computer skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

+ Time management skills

+ Ability to multi-task and work in high pace environment

+ Handle large volumes of accounts daily

+ Incredibly well spoke & well written

+ Prior client service experiences is a plus
