The primary purpose of the Marketing Technologies Specialist (Eloqua) is to design, implement and provide ongoing support of the Marketing Automation technology stack leveraging Eloqua, Salesforce, Demandbase, Hive9 and other platforms. This position is responsible for developing the infrastructure and processes that align to Marketing goals and provides visibility into effectiveness through reporting. The role also provides coaching, training and support to end users related to the technologies that it is responsible for.
+ Maintain and build relationship with key suppliers and be main point of contact for Eloqua and associated technology within the organization
+ Monitor existing platform roadmaps and investigate new technologies to ensure Marketing Technology is best supporting Marketing objectives
+ Work with internal stakeholders to implement new or integrate existing technologies
+ Maintain existing integrations such as Eloqua/Salesforce, Hive9/Salesforce
+ First line of defense for global campaign team
+ Assisting end user creation and maintenance of Marketing Automation campaigns providing support, training and best practice guidance
+ Advising during the creation, testing, updates and reporting on automated and trigger-based marketing programs, including lead nurturing and lead scoring programs
+ Assisting end users with creation and maintenance of HTML emails, online forms, landing pages, monthly newsletters etc.
+ Build supporting materials and conduct training to improve end user Eloqua skills
+ Continuouslyanalyseoperational processes to find and implement new efficiencies
+ Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance with processes and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
+ Securely manage and maintain marketing technology platforms (Hive9, Eloqua, Demandbase)
+ Preferred Education: BA/BS degree in relatable field.Preferred Work Experience (years): 5+ years of relevant marketing automation and lead management experience using Eloqua and Salesforce in a B2B environment
