Kelly IT is recruiting for an Entry-Level Help Desk Support (Temp to Perm / Contract to Hire) Opportunity with a growing and dynamic company located in Oak Brook, IL!
$13 – $14/hour
+ 2nd Shift (4pm-1am) ~ (Note: Weekends are required)
+ 3rd Shift (midnight-11am) – days a week with 3 days off ~ (Note: Weekends are required)
Requirements & Qualifications:
+ Actively identify, assess, record, resolve or escalate incidents and service requests ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit, within agreed processes and in a professional and customer sensitive manner.
+ Offering advice to end users on all areas of IT, troubleshooting issues and ensuring trust and confidence is maintained.
+ Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or weekends, as needed.
