Sales Consultant
PASS Security, Fairview Heights, Illinois

Job Summary:

PASS Security is in need of caring, technology-minded individuals to sell our services to both commercial and residential clients in the St. Louis area. If you are interested in technology and how it can be used to positively impact customers’ lives, and you would like to work for a Local St. Louis/Metro East company, we’d love to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Outside Sales and enjoys sales, building relationships within the community, and educating others on our products, solutions, and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
• Generate new business by consulting with potential new clients (residential and commercial) as well as helping existing clients expand their use of tools and applications.
• Follow up on company-generated leads to determine appropriate products and services, as well as generate leads through referrals and prospecting activities.
• Advise and consult with clients and prospects on the best products and services to serve their needs.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and collect customer payments.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team to ensure successful Project installation.
• Participate in networking organizations to educate others and generate leads and referrals.
• Participate in various industry events and conferences to network and build expertise in the industry.

Successful Candidate Qualifications include:
• 3+ years’ demonstrated success in Outside Sales.
• Knowledge/understanding of technology, electronics, software very helpful.
• Time management and scheduling skills.
• Pricing, quoting, and estimating skills.
• Ability to develop objectives and strategies and manage one’s own performance.
• Team player
• Travel required: 90%, all local (Greater St. Louis and Surrounding Areas.)
• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicant must pass a background check pursuant to Illinois PERC Card requirements for all security industry personnel.
• Applicant must pass a drug test.

Compensation and Benefits:
