As part of the AODC Customer Care team, the Customer Service Rep I/Expeditor will respond to all customer inquiries, concerns and needs in a timely, friendly and professional manner in order to increase customer experience with Sonova businesses . As an Expeditor will monitor daily aged report and rushes in order to support the manufacturing and distribution of Hearing Aids, FM Systems and Accessories.
This in-house position will be based out of Aurora, Illinois
• Handle internal and external customer requests by phone or email
• Good understanding of current tools: Salesforce.com, SAP, Cisco, Outlook
• Follow up with customers regarding orders or repairs
• Monitor aging orders in Production
• Tag rush orders processing thru Production
• Contact person for OE team, Production supervisor and our external customers
• Create a positive team friendly environment
• Maintain consistent attendance as required within departmental guidelines
• Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner
