Job Description

Direct and oversee the building and maintenance of necessary quality and food safety programs at a Bovine process manufacturer; Oversee and implement Safe Quality Food (“SQF”), regulatory quality assurance, and quality control activities at a Bovine process manufacturer; Manage analysis of product quality and safety metrics, audit data, customer feedback, impact of regulatory changes to improve current SQF programs; Develop all business quality performance measurements and maintain efficient measurements for all quality performance and participate in all operation system meetings and develop and deploy an efficient global quality management system; Responsible for inspection & audit non-compliance reports responses, corrective actions, and preventative action responses; Implement all Quality Assurance schedule and revise all project deliverables for all available resources and design and efficient Quality Assurance platform and manage all communication and prepare all internal processes for all programs and assist in implementation for same; Administer and enforce Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Hazard Analysis Risk based Preventative Controls, Good Manufacturing Practices, and food safety and sanitation programs; Manage packaging design activities by designing, developing, qualifying, and implementing packaging solution; Oversees the qualification process for new suppliers and review their annual performance; Make recommendations to influence manufacturing strategies or transitions of existing products; Ensure communication of company’s product hold policies and procedures to plant staff and ensure compliance with policy and procedures; Coordinate investigation and resolution activities for regulatory concerns; Ensure resolution of plant product complaints and take action to minimize such complaints; Responsible for the training of food safety, Good Manufacturing Programs, and Sanitation programs of all staff.
