Job Description

The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
is responsible for supporting several Wealth Management Executive Leaders and some
of their respective groups including:

of International Inbound Wealth Management

Financial Officer for WM

of Business Owner Services

of Client Tax Services Team

The key
responsibilities of this role include:

calendar management and meeting/calls/video-conferencing scheduling for all
executive leaders

Inbound Wealth Director with extensive travel scheduling and expense
reimbursement (some international)

meetings, townhalls and other group events

and confirms travel arrangements and processes travel expense reimbursements

or assist clients and/or vendors when visiting Northern Trust

on special projects, such as gathering, inputting and compiling information for
reports as required by manager or other partners in the department

and monitor expenses for the department as needed

The successful candidate needs to demonstrate the following traits/experiences:

?Proactive, highly responsive, communicative, collaborative, professional energetic and positive.

?Attention to detail and ability to get things done on time

?Previous administrative experience for Sr. Executives

?Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary

?Analytical and problem solving skills are required

?Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office and Concur) is required
