Environmental Quality Management, Inc. an ASRC Industrial Services subsidiary, is a leading provider of environmental remediation, construction services and disaster response for the government sector.
This position is for the Remediation & Construction (R&C) Division. The Sr. Project Manager (PM) will focus on developing and executing new and existing work in the areas of facility construction including sustainment, renovation and maintenance (SRM). In addition, the PM will support environmental remediation, disaster response, contingency and business development efforts. The PM will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, critical-path schedules, project plans, technical project reports, cost/schedule performance reports including earn value analysis (EVA), bid packages and identify and managing subcontractors.
Requirements:Must be capable of executing the field work, supervising, managing, and working with multi-disciplinary and subcontractor personnel on construction and hazardous waste sites Demonstrated experience with horizontal and vertical construction including new construction and SRM Minimum 10 years of construction project experience on federal DoD contracts (e.g., Air Force, Army, and Navy) preferred Four year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Sciences or related technical discipline preferred Relevant professional registration or certifications preferred Ability to travel 25-50% 40 hour HAZWOPER training 8 hour annual refresher OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety certification US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Control certification preferred First Aid / CPR /BBP training Working knowledge & experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred Working knowledge & experience with office application software (databases, email, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.) preferred Working knowledge/experience of environmental regulations including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, CAA, and CWA preferred Experience with environmental remediation, disaster response and contingency projects
