Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively
Optimizing site performance and mission efficiency
Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site
Preparing sites and teams for Technical resource requirements
The Facility/Site Manager coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all activities within the quality site. The Facility Manager supports the corporation’s business activities, while maintaining the highest standards of customer quality and company performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and coordinate staffing schedules, along with allocation of manpower and materials equipment according to customer auditing requirements Act as the primary liaison between QSA, LOG and AQS/H.T. and the customer Provide quality auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer using measuring tools and record of data such as SPC. Create, maintain, and manage site quality policies and procedures in accordance with the company’s standard operating requirements Accountable for the productivity and the profit/loss profitability of the site and for budget creation and management Hire, provide training, and supervise the site’s employees Manage space allocation, maintain the physical facility, and insure the capability of inspection equipment Provide monthly metric reports of the site’s business activities Motivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations

JOB SKILLS & COMPETENCIESDemonstrated knowledge of equipment PM Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical inspection tools, practices, and industry quality standards Demonstrated knowledge of print reading, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite’Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills Demonstrated job diligence and attention to details Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees Demonstrated ability in implementing and monitoring budgets and cost controls Demonstrated ability in managing new projects to successful completion
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required College degree and/or currently enrolled preferred Interviewing and hiring experience preferred
