ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Solar and Renewable Energy Development Manager for our Chicago office. This opportunity will allow full project management at the highest level as this role will serve not only our internal Construction Project Managers but act as a subject matter expert consultant externally to clients and vendors.

+ Present solutions and financial analysis to high-level decision makers and manage expectations of key stakeholders for all projects
+ Must have intimate knowledge of the supply chain associated with the development of solar arrays including how to best purchase the components and how to ensure we are staying current with how technology and advancement is effecting and changing the components
+ Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
+ Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
+ Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
+ Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
+ Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations
+ BS in Engineering or related field; with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
+ PMP or PE is preferred but not required
+ 2-5 years of design/build experience
+ Must have experience determining the feasibility of solar arrays including:
+ Compiling and validating the financial proforma of a solar development
+ How to best determine expected performance of solar array
+ Financing options available for solar development
+ Available options for off-takers of incentives with sufficient tax equity
+ Must have knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local incentives associated with solar developments and the process associated with obtaining them
+ Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
