Registered Professional Nurses at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center are licensed professionals empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve. Registered nurses are actively involved in the continued evidence based development of best practices to ensure individualized and desired patient outcomes. The nursing practice follows the mission of the Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis serving our community with the “greatest care and love.”

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BSN or actively enrolled in a BSN program 18 months after hire date and completion within 6 years of hire with OSF.

1 year of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency program.

Registration and current IL RN license.

Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant through adult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skills return demonstration, and must be pre-approved by Org Dev/Human Resources) completed prior to employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.

ACLS certification.
