Inside Sales Representative needed for a busy skilled trade organization. Base pay, plus a generous commission plan. This is a full time, salary position on a high energy dynamic sales team. We provide incoming leads but we are looking for a hunter mentality. Join DRF and help serve customers in need.
Inside Sales Representative key responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly revenue goals
- Capture all incoming leads timely to close the sale
- Identify additional products to increase value and help customers
- Own your customer list and continue to make contact
- Follow up on open / unquoted leads
- Gather all customer information in our CRM software solution
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Influencing skills
- MS Office: Word and Excel
- One year of sales related experience or a great desire to learn sales
- Ability to type 35 wpm
