Duties: Responsible for leading teams to deliver the highest of quality solutions for clients. Oversee teams in drafting air tight business rules, ensuring quality assurance fundamentals and product delivery are executed flawlessly, and performing ongoing delivery tasks. Responsible for the unit management of teams by developing plans which allow for the evolution of a well-rounded health colleague. The Team Leader will be responsible for all aspects of delivery to ensure customer and client satisfaction as well as the retention and expansion of business. Responsible for understanding key HW domain fundamentals, act as a main contact for client interaction, and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and Service Level Agreements are met.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field plus ten (10) years of experience in benefits administration or outsourcing, or related experience OR Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in benefits administration or outsourcing, or related experience.
Minimum skills required: Demonstrated knowledge of US health benefits administration. Experience managing service delivery for a portfolio of health administration clients. Experience integrating project implementations with ongoing delivery for aligned clients. Experience managing complex client relationships. Experience preparing and delivering effective presentations at the executive level of aligned clients. Experience creating action plans and leveraging global teams and direct reports to execute plans a timely manner. Experience managing global resources.
