The Digital Creative Project Manager will oversee creative projects from inception through to completion. This includes staying within project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and managing account and internal communication. This role will collaborate with designers and key stakeholders to manage creative assets that meet the objectives and KPIs of each project.

The Digital Creative Project Manager will manage the process and flow for all creative projects. The ideal candidate will understand creative processes in a fast-paced environment including work flow, process and approvals. The Digital Creative Project Manager should be familiar with digital environments, and user experience, considering the broader digital ecosystem and linking strategies into their recommendations.


Help build, maintain, and execute timelines, project set-up and management within Basecamp/PM tools. Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approvals for all creative deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact between in-house creative team and project leads while being held responsible for overall project delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues. Encourage and facilitate strong project communication with various teams using project management software, in-person meetings and other regular communications means (email, status meetings, etc.). Track and maintain retailer enhanced content pages using various syndication tools and Amazon Vendor Central. Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and collaborate cross functionally with design & digital teams to deliver channel-specific creative to achieve them. Understanding creative briefs to facilitate a high standard of engaging creative by actively participating in briefing, brainstorm and collaboration sessions and actively seeking clarity on project asks and complex deliverables. Aid in producing copy for various deliverables as needed. Edit copy on miscellaneous digital assets as required. Provide constructive feedback on copy and creative as well as processes to resolve potential inefficiencies. Apply a fresh perspective to creative ideation to elevate creative work to drive overall KPIs. Research competitive activity to inform best practices and successful approaches to content development. Manage multiple projects with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly, effectively prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines. Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous, collaborative and professional manner. Exercise sound business judgment. Conform and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment. Other duties as needed or required.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to pitch concepts and rationale to internal customers. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment and across different time zones, demonstrating can-do attitude and flexibility with changing schedules, scopes and priorities. Ability to deliver under tight timelines. Ability to creatively resolve issues, understanding business constraints around resources, budgets, and timelines. Excellent attention to detail and command of grammar rules, in particular AP Style requirements. Sense of curiosity, and desire to ask questions and “think outside the box”. Ability to think on feet, problem solve and pitch in where needed. Ability to translate technical information into interesting and compelling marketing messages. Ability to integrate consistent brand voice and personality into all communications. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes. Strong knowledge of Project Management tools like Basecamp and Smartsheets and ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools quickly. Persuasive and confident approach to collaboration with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Ability to drive complex projects with minimal supervision in a multi-tasking environment. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of digital marketing or project coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform assigned tasks.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Duties are primarily performed in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

The employee must read, speak, write and understand the English language. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use their hands to handle and grasp, reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds [50 pounds if travel]. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus with or without the use of prescription eyeglasses.


This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Core hours will be set between employee and manager and will be based on business needs. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel is primarily local during the business day, although out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected 5% of the time.
