Description: AT&T is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the company. Handles customer questions, complaints, & billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution. Offers alternative solution where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer’s business. Communicate with customers using web-based tools & demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing & grammar. Makes financial decisions to protect/collect revenues & adjusts customer accounts. Skills: No physical requirements, 6 months of experience operating a computer in Windows based environment. One year customer service experience preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule, which includes all hours of call center operation. Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position. Duties: Answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, & report problem areas. May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels. Responsible for improving customer retention through programs & service provided to the customer. Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate & complete service orders & handle customer requests. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services & promotions.
