Facilities Procurement Coordinator
Start date: 09/30/2019
End date: 12/20/2019
Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Work hours flexible within standard business hours.)
Location: Lake Forest, IL 600405

MAJOR PURPOSE:
This position supports Corporate Real Estate Services in procurement, data, and planning activities. Key responsibilities include the completion of PO’s, routing / facilitation of CARs, and asset data management

Major responsibilities and duties:
• Creation of purchase orders through SRM system in support of real estate and facilities maintenance projects
• Completion of internal consumption requests in support of multiple corporate buildings
• Timely invoice auditing and processing
• Ensure payments are configured with accurate accounting information including general ledger and cost center assignment
• Tracking and research in support of inquiries from suppliers and business partners including Accounts Payable
• Provide supplier coaching and cross functional support as needed
• Facilitate approval process for CARs and purchase orders with appropriate levels of leadership as needed
• Documentation of financial and operational information in multiple systems including SharePoint, SRM and TRIRIGA
• At times this position may also support operational work outside of procurement including MAC (move, add, change) requests or other administrative tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 Years in related field preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, proactive and conflict resolution skills are required
• Strong team player who is adaptable and capable of supporting change
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task job duties
• Professionalism and ability to interact well with others
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves
• Ability to quickly learn new systems / tools and work effectively in multiple systems:
o Intermediate skills in Adobe and Microsoft applications
o TRIRIGA
o SharePoint
o SRM/SAP
o Jaggaer
