Marketing Manager, Branding & Commercial Excellence

Serve a key role within the Medication Delivery Global Marketing organization. Partner with global, regional and cross-functional teams, to develop impactful, innovative and compelling messages and visuals for internal and external audiences.

Specific responsibilities include:

+ A creative flair and strong ability to translate complex requirements into compelling visuals and messages across multiple communication platforms; must have the ability to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate

+ Lead the development and enforcement of a consistent global branding strategy, with the ability to apply consistent colors, fonts, templates and design elements across the portfolio

+ Develop compelling value propositions, influencing behavior and ensuring voice of customer through all internal and external commercial initiatives; manage the design, content and production of marketing materials supporting new product and program launches.

+ The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills

Job Requirements

+ A keen eye for aesthetics and details; outstanding written and verbal communication skills required. Capacity to work effectively with a diverse set of personalities

+ Ability to distill complex language, from a variety of sources, into effective, easy-to-understand concise visual expressions and messages

+ Write consistently and clearly in an influential, moving and memorable style that compels the reader to think or act differently

+ Must be an independent thinker, with the focus to manage a streamlined process as well as the ability to effectively manage through changing business needs

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent organizational skills with the aptitude to make solid recommendations

+ Ability to collaborate across many stakeholders and move projects forward despite not having complete agreement

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Media Relations or related field. Health care experience is a plus, but not required
