Job Description

MTH Pumps of Plano, IL is seeking to hire a full-time IT Manager to offer techinocal support to a state of the art CNC manufacturing facility. This position offers a competitive wage, tuition reimbursement, and medical/dental insurance.
As the IT Manager, you give the company a competitive by determine, manage, and provide for the needs of the company and its employees regarding all information technology related subjects:
•Learn, Install, troubleshoot, provide tech support for, consult on, and repair all server, computer, network, phone system, wireless, CNC computing, and peripheral hardware, as well as, OS, database, shop floor, and client productivity software
•Query and compile the needs of company and its employees for information systems infrastructure
•Develop, propose, and implement plans to help various departments achieve their assigned goals through IT systems and software.
•Plan, price, propose, and implement client/server hardware, network hardware, peripheral, phone equipment, IT service, OS, database, shop floor, and client productivity software upgrades
•Develop, plan, implement, and maintain a corporate wide security and intrusion prevention system, information backup system, repair/maintenance plan, and a disaster recovery plan
•Maintain/enforce IT Systems policies and training programs within the organization
•Training of personnel on operation of all hardware and software systems
•Reporting of IT systems status to the President
•Execution of IT systems plans according to budget and proposals
•Upon direction from the President, may be asked to provide consulting and negotiation with outside customers, vendors, and other entities regarding interfacing internal and external systems and information to achieve company goals
