As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM SAP Practice is seeking candidates with experience in implementing SAP Advanced Business Applications Programming (ABAP) on High Performance Analytic Applicane (HANA). The SAP ABAP on HANA Application Developers would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements: SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, Data Modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services, Data Base Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption. Experience with one or more of the following application components – C/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MGD, IBP, Ariba, Successfactors. Responsible to provide high level designs and quick solutions for GAP’s. Need to come out with SAP development options for resolving the GAP’s and providing development efforts including complexity of the effort and estimates. The candidate will have experience in coordinating with offshore and remote teams for Technical specification, coding, unit testing, and integration deliverables.
The candidate will be responsible for business process analysis and redesign and implementation, provide business analysis skills, and process mapping. The candidate will possess systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support. The successful candidate will have experience in SAP HANA / integration teams within a management or consulting firm.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
+ At least 7 years of SAP ABAP experience
+ At least 2 years of SAP ABAP on HANA hands-on implementation experience
+ Experienced utilizing Odata services for ABAP on HANA development
+ At least 5 years of consulting experience
+ At least 5 years of client interaction experience
+ At least 5 years of presentation and facilitation experience
+ At least 4 years of experience in business development
+ At least 4 years of experience in team management and facilitation.
+ At least 4 years of WRICEF development analysis & estimations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
+ At least 5 years of experience in team management and facilitation.
+ At least 3 years of integration solution experience
+ At least 6 years of consulting experience
+ At least 6 years of client interaction experience
+ At least 6 years of presentation and facilitation experience
+ At least 5 years of experience in business development
