Job Description

Maintains and ensures the accuracy of all HRIS systems in relation to all Team Member transactions, benefit administration, performance tracking, compensation, and self-service applications
Partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Planning & Analysis, and other departments to fully utilize systems and data
Performs daily administration of the company’s health and welfare plans, including the medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, non-work related disability, 401k, FSA and COBRA benefit plans
Performs daily administration of the company’s leave of absence programs including FMLA, Emergency Leave, and Personal Leave; and assists with ADA-related issues
Assists with the enrollment of Team Members in, and their ongoing questions and claims related to, various company benefits
Ensures that records, files, and electronic tracking systems are maintained accurately to ensure compliance according to company and regulator policies and procedures
Reviews and reconciles all of the benefit billing
Assists with creating and running HRIS and benefits related reports for leadership, governmental agencies, and the IGB in specified formats as needed
Performs all other duties as assigned
