NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Bi-lingual Contact Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).
The Bi-lingual Call Center Representative position includes the following responsibilities:
Looking for energetic people for full time call center position.
Main responsibilities include answering first level inbound telephone inquiries in a professional manner regarding account billing, payments, and other related account specific issues in a high-paced call center environment.
Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction and or identifying and escalating second level issues.
Excellent verbal communication skills required.
Excellent listening skills required.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Minimum of one-year experience in Customer Service
    Must be bi-lingual in English/Spanish
