A member of the US System Communications Initiative and

Channel team, responsible for preparing visual, multimedia and written

communications in support of key initiative and business-plan needs.

Responsible for leading key partner relationships and upholding established

internal communications processes and protocols.

+ Modern, creative communicator: Experienced in design and digital communications platforms (including platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unily, Brightcove, Poppulo and Yammer)

+ Dot-connector. Passionate about insights, what they tell us about our business and how they impact our work.

+ Passionate about process. Well-versed in development of internal communications processes and protocols, including but not limited to coordinating and consolidating information flows across a complex organization.

+ Standout colleague & an individual contributor . Able to coordinate cross-team/cross-functionally to develop solutions but also a strong self-starter, able to execute complex plans on their own.

+ Experienced multi-tasker. Ability to manage several projects within a finite timeline. Flexible. Nimble. Experience rapidly shifting gears to accommodate changes and incorporate new information with minimal disruption.

+ Relationship-obsessed. Understands the importance of developing relationships with key partners, including experience working with all levels of management and staff.

+ An influencer and orchestrator. Able to manage multiple partners and advise clients on communications processes and how to best communicate within a system based on available data and findings. Possessing an ability to lead and influence outcomes through communications.

+ Strong attention to detail. Excellent writing skills. Strong presentation, facilitation and organization/project management skills. Practiced in communicating across media (including developing video concepts and working with creative/design teams) to produce and distribute content.




+ Help us tell ordinary stories in outstanding ways. Develop creative, new and different ways to drive system engagement through use of graphics, web, multimedia and written formats.

+ Drive the business from the inside-out. Effectively coordinate, build and distribute the right communications, at the right time, via the right channels and formats to help drive system performance.

+ Establish relationships, serve as a trusted advisor. Successfully navigate our complex system, building links within our team and beyond, improving our ability to stay connected and influence communications-related decisions.

+ Keep your finger on the pulse of the system, make informed recommendations. Maintain pulse of qualitative and quantitative US Internal Communications measurement and understand how that information impacts communications channels (types and use) and tactical communications (tone, frequency, etc.) Make sound recommendations to Senior Director of US Internal Communications, Director of US Initiative and Channel Communications and business partners.

+ Adopt (and thrive through) change. Be flexible and support revision of communications processes, protocols, and products to best support the current – and ever-changing – business environment.
