    The Exhibitor Services Supervisor will be responsible for the Day to Day supervision of exhibitor services personnel, tasks related to show preparation, identify and administer training on show processes, and work as showsite support as required.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  2. Monitor and evaluate staffing levels as needed
  3. Coordinate staffing in house and at show site
  4. Active participation in pre-show planning , JUMP meetings and development of service plans
  5. Support and communication with all internal and external customers
  6. Review and approve show site Servicenter scheduling of staff
  7. Monitor workflow at showsite making sure desks are running efficiently and effectively and all tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  8. Ensure show site staff is operation in full compliance with GES processes and procedures
  9. Assume escalation of any and all exhibitor issues as deemed necessary with appropriate resolution and follow through
  10. Supervise collection efforts in coordination with company guidelines
  11. Collect and reconcile cash at show site daily for return to office (when necessary)
  12. Collaborate with GES National Servicenter on any service requests that require city attention
  13. Assist with exhibitor survey follow up as required
  14. Assist in coaching and development of staff
  15. Assist in annual review process
  16. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager
    QUALIFICATIONS
  17. 3 years supervisory experience required
  18. 3-5 years of industry experience preferred
  19. College degree preferred
  20. Strong organizational and communication skills
  21. Must be detail oriented
  22. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  23. Ability to travel required
  24. Interpersonal Savvy
  25. Customer Focus
  26. Encourages and Demonstrates Collaboration
