Responsible for achieving sales quota targets and channel KPIs, providing sales coaching, training and marketing expertise and support to the channel. Works side by side with dealer district managers, store managers & store associates on monthly district,& store plans, and with store associates to improve sales processes in support of Sprint selling initiative(s). Help dealers recruit quality talent and aid with people development, training and education and positioning of product, pricing and promotions. Consults with dealer management regarding financial results, hiring, staffing, marketing, store operations internally and across the Dealer base. Responsible for sharing best practices across dealers and developing sales behaviors to increase conversion and activations. Identifies, manages and resolves customer issues and tracks dealer performance. Clearly communicates all changes in product, service and/or procedures in a timely manner. Maintains an effective relationship with the AR to ensure the quota attainment goal is met.
This position has a territory that covers both SE Wisconsin and Northern IL suburbs.Driving is an essential function of the job. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license (may not be learner s, restricted or to and from work license) and three consecutive years of active driving history immediately preceding the application that meets Sprint s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report. Applicants must also successfully complete driver’s safety training and otherwise comply with Sprint’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Many positions are eligible for a company car based upon mileage and territory. Sprint company cars are authorized for personal use.
Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
Three years sales and/or account management experience
