Job Description

Waubonsee Works – Pregnancy Information Center
Student Worker
Extension Site

Review and update volunteer on-boarding information.

Create summary/quarterly dashboard report of volunteer activity.

Maintain accurate records and activity reports on volunteer participation and training.

Handle phone, voicemail, written, and email inquiries for info; send confirmation emails.

Develop a one-sheet of tasks for each volunteer role.

Plan/organize volunteer appreciation events including volunteer milestones.

Identify events and organizations that connect PIC with prospective volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications

All applicants must be a participant of the Waubonsee Works Program.

Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to details.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills required.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
