Position: Brand Manager
Location: Northern Suburbs
Starts: Ready to Interview and Hire
Duration: Full Time
Status: Full Time
Rate: $100-115K + BONUS

Our CPG client in the far Northern Suburbs is looking for a full-time Brand Manager to join their team. This role is going to focus on bringing a natural and sustainable product line to market.

This client is not easily accessible by public transportation. A car is suggested for this role.

This is a great opportunity for a fast paced Brand Manager looking to grow their career working within top consumer product lines. This role will specifically focus on the acquisition of new brands, agency management, packaging redesigns, and incorporating into the current portfolio with a focus on natural and sustainable brands.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years brand management experience within a CPG environment and strong understanding of shipment, consumption reporting across brands and retail accounts, pricing strategy, and ROI evaluations.

Responsibilities for the Brand Manager include:
-Develop effective brand communications to drive growth
-Lead execution of consumer marketing programs
-Work cross functionally with teams and vendors
-Ensure consistency across all consumer-facing materials
-Create new product initiatives to grow brand segments
-Responsible for packaging development and execution
-Internal communication amongst brand teams and sales
-Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment
-Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns
-Track and analyze brand performance goals
- P&L Responsibility to achieve brand financial goals and objectives

Required Skills for the Brand Manager role:
-4+ years CPG Brand Experience
-Familiar with new product development
-Strong business analytics
-Microsoft Office
