TITLE: Lead Workforce Management Analyst
DUTIES: Discover Products Inc. seeks Lead Workforce Management Analyst in Riverwoods, IL to maintain and support operational forecasting models. Conduct analyses to assess call arrival patterns and call volume impacts from initiatives. Develop new methods to enhance forecasting accuracy. Support the optimization of workforce management service capabilities to meet customer needs. Design and conduct analyses. Develop advanced statistical models to identify root causes related to customer experiences, operational risks, evaluate business impacts, and identify optimization opportunities. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
REQUIREMENTS : Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or related position: performing financial analysis and statistical modeling; performing statistical techniques including time series, logistic regression, decision trees; utilizing statistical software including SAS, SQL and Excel; and utilizing data querying languages and tools including SQL and SAS.
