This position is responsible for working directly with Sirius customers and our talented Sales team to understand and answer our clients’ needs regarding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the cloud and on premise. This role is solution focused, but will ultimately assist with providing specific product recommendations and providing some guidance to driving those recommendations to bring value to our clients.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Provides technical team leadership and technical guidance to a project’s technical team by carrying out the following responsibilities:
+ Assigns analysis, design, and development tasks to team members
+ Coordinates all technical team responsibilities such as installation, configuration, development, deployment, and support of user testing
+ Provides installation, configuration, requirements gathering, application design, development, documentation, testing, and support to our clients via services delivery, including (but not limited to):
+ Develops technical and conceptual specifications in support of the overall application design
+ Develops data related files
+ Develops data conversion applications
+ Develops interfaces to other application systems
+ Tests applications for data integrity, performance, and usability
+ Documents completed application development, installation, and configuration work for the client
+ Maintains technical specifications throughout the development process
+ Reviews and understands all assigned Statement of Work (SOW) prior to services delivery
+ Communicates status of engagement to customer, Sirius’ Services management, and Sirius rep as appropriate during engagement
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
+ At least five (5) years’ IT work experience, to include experience architecting AI and Machine Learning solutions
Other Position Requirements:
+ Experience with Conversational AI and chatbot implementation, such as with the Microsoft bot framework
+ Experience in integration with data sources, inclusive of ServiceNow, incident management, and datalake
+ Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
+ Demonstrated ability to design REST APIs
+ Experience with NLP
+ Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning
+ Proficiency using cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
+ Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
+ Experience using third party libraries and open source ML frameworks
+ Experience in architecting ML pipelines
+ Ability to accurately estimate work effort and deliver to that estimate
+ Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
+ Demonstrated experience working with customers to clarify needs and requirements and to build a solution vision
+ Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery
+ Experience making technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options by other team members
+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify potential problems and making appropriate changes
+ Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation
+ Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
+ Demonstrated experience working as a member of a team to collectively arrive at an architectural solution
+ Demonstrated ability to manage time and assignments effectively, including when participating in multiple assignments at a time
+ Demonstrated ability to accurately and objectively recommend alternative and/or additional vendor products as needed
+ Demonstrated experience assisting with the creation of accurate cost estimates, including labor and software sizing, compliance, and licensing
+ Demonstrated interpersonal skills
+ Microsoft bot framework experience
+ Luis and Rasa experience
+ Two (2) or more years’ consulting experience
+ Vendor solution certifications

The position exists to provide technical consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis.
