Answer telephones and emails to provide customers with information about service and price estimate. Confirm all jobs for the next day via phone or email. Maintain scheduling and distribute jobs between subcontractors. Open and maintain customer accounts. Handle complaints via phone, email, mail or social media, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Inform customers about deals and promotions. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. Manage and keep records of all payments and bills. Prepare and send invoices to customers. Perform payroll functions. Restock cleaning supplies.
