The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for Northern Trust’s banking attorneys and will provide administrative support for other Banking attorneys and Legal Department projects as needed.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant must be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple constituents and handle varied matters at once. The Sr. Administrative Assistant must be able to prioritize work, set expectations and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The Sr. Administrative Assistant must be willing to be proactive and identify how to improve efficiency and improve the work processes.
? Set up and attend Wealth Management Banking bi-weekly meetings, manage and track agenda items
? Organize and prioritize wealth management banking matters through administrative support to lawyers.
? Maintain outside counsel firm list of 130+ law firms
? Maintenance of law firm files
? Work with Northern Trust Bankers on various issues
? Create and maintain multiple ISDA counterparty agreements on the Legal Department’s Sharepoint site
? Process attorney file archives
? Perform advanced document conversions/combinations/clean-up projects for Legal Department
? Set up law firms on Archer system for Northern Trust Integrated Risk Management
? Must have recent law firm experience
? Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
? Microsoft Word Styles, Track Changes and formatting
? Workshare Compare
? Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (create, combine, edit, export, etc.)
? Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker
Legal Banking experience a plus.
