ABOUT THE UNIT
The Section of Academic Pediatrics at the University of Chicago, Department of Pediatrics is dedicated to managing the unique primary care needs of newborns, children and adolescents. The scope of its clinical service covers both the outpatient and inpatient areas located in Comer Children’s Hospital and community sites. Its clinical programs include Comer and community hospital medicine, general care nursery, pediatric primary care, Sports Medicine, Child Advocacy and Protective Services and the Comer Mobile Unit.

The job provides professional support and solves straightforward problems in health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.

Maintains clear and concise records for individual and corporate clients to meet the requirements of the department, the company and any applicable standards or laws., 2) Analyzes test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment
