We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support the Electric Power Systems.
Major Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Serve as the focal for addressing manufacturing Quality Engineering issues related to non-conforming hardware.
+ Process and track zero hour return units form customers through the manufacturing process.
+ Serve as the backup Quality Clinic lead.
+ Review and recommend changes to Quality documentation.
+ Review rework and repair instructions and completed work.
+ Complete Quality Inspection Plans.
+ Complete Configuration Management documentation, PPAP and other quality data packages.
+ Perform over check visual inspections.
+ Conduct relentless root cause investigation for internal and external escapes.
+ Use statically analysis tools for problem solving.
+ Perform and support audits and inspections.
+ Support Quality Clinic Activity
+ Review Quality Notices for proper completion
+ Perform over inspection of aerospace hardware
+ Serve as the lead for the Operations Calibration Program
+ This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.
+ In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
+ 3 years Quality experience is preferred.
+ Previous Manufacturing/Operations experience is preferred.
+ SAP experience is preferred.
