Position Title: Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Strategic Sourcing is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategies to leverage relationships across Natus to achieve best total value. Includes Category and/or Commodity analysis/management strategies and execution, supplier relationship management, negotiation, risk management and supply base performance management. Minimal travel required.
In this job you will;
Analyze and understand Natus spend and supply base and apply this knowledge to develop commodity management strategies to improve leverage of spend.
Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives within assigned commodities/categories.
Negotiate agreements with suppliers to improve key business terms such as inventory, price, payment terms, regulatory responsibilities, etc
Establish strategies to minimize supplier risk in assigned commodities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and ensure the highest value is delivered to the business.
Conduct analysis of market conditions and trends for use in commodity strategy development
Develop appropriate strategies for commodity/category assigned to improve leverage of spend.
Identify and implement cost reduction projects within assigned commodities/categories.
Lead projects to support cost reduction or process improvement initiatives.
Support Quality and Regulatory to address Natus needs related to supplier quality performance and registration requirements
Conduct analysis of market conditions and trends for use in commodity strategy development.
Support Tactical Purchasing as related to supply issues as needed.
Travel Required: 10%

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and five years related experience and/or training
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CPSM / CPM desirable
