Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Downtown Chicago IL 60601
Training is approximately 2 weeks and will be: First 2 weeks hours will be 7:30-4:30 with 30 minute lunch
AFTER first 2 weeks, and training has been completed, FT will work within the hours of operations of 7a-5p
– NO ABSENCES DURING TRAINING OR WITHIN FIRST 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

About the Call Center Project: The operation in Chicago houses the inbound call center for the project and serves as the first point of contact for applicants. Initial screenings are performed and call center personnel schedule intake visits as well as provide applicants with case status updates.
The goals of the Call Center are as follows:
Streamline the enrollment process for applicants that require home and community based waiver services in order to provide a clear and structured path for citizens who would like to remain in their communities.
Expedite the enrollment process through standardization.
Home & Community Based Services Call Center – Program provides funding for support & services that will help applicants remain in or return to their home and or community.
