Assists in implementing a management system across Discover. Responsible for leadership of key projects that support the business implementation teams, the Center of Expertise and enterprise-wise adoption of Discover Lean Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate program vision, objectives, goals, plans and related metrics. Track progress, and problem solve obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Program governance and reporting, including benefit tracking.
  • Development and tracking of roadmap and projects. Facilitate effective communications between project teams and management. This includes timely communication of project status and issues.
  • Coordinate with support functions (e.g., Facilities, HR, Communications) to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop internal visits to model areas. Develop visit structure, artifacts to showcase, and engage with business partners to showcase model areas.
  • Lead projects in support of a Lean Center of Excellence. Identify dependencies within project tasks, manage milestones, keeps assignments timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate digital solutions development (e.g., visual management, digital problem solving, and remote team participation.
  • Change management to ensure DMS is effectively embraced, adopted and used at scale.
  • Facilitate medium scale meetings and workshops; managing logistics, coordinating activities, and achievement of defined objectives.
  • Lead problem-solving activities on program issues.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in LEAN Project Management or related field
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in LEAN Project Management or related field
