Arrowstream, Inc. seeks Sr. Angular/(.Net) Developer in Chicago, IL:
Responsible for designing and developing applications for Arrowstream, Inc.‘s extensive Supply Chain Management SaaS platform. Involved in all areas of development and will code, test and debug highly complex applications using the latest tools and technologies. Branch or merge source code, facilitate deployments through the deployment team and work with Sales, Marketing and Industrial Engineering teams to develop customized software for new and existing business. Responsible for designing and developing new software applications, such as data mining and analytics tools, that will improve the overall capabilities of Arrowstream’s patented Supply Chain Management SaaS platform, known as Crossbow. Design and develop software applications based on the needs of clients and their business requirements, or modify existing applications for the same purpose. Involved in all areas of development to that end, including: analysis of user and software requirements; design, development, and modification of software applications; software testing and validation procedures; roll-out and installation; and post-installation maintenance. Maintain documentation detailing the entire design, development, testing/validation and installation process as well as subsequent maintenance and modifications. Work internally with Sales, Marketing and Industrial Engineering teams to obtain information on the project limitation and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Code, test and debug highly complex application using the latest tools and technologies, particularly AngularJS and .Net coding languages. Monitor the performance of software applications and troubleshoot and resolve issues as required post installation. Ensure that the software application meets specifications and performance requirements. Branch and merge source code to integrate functional capabilities of separate applications, facilitate deployments through the deployment team and work with Sales, Marketing and Industrial Engineering teams to develop customized software for new and existing business. Make recommendations to improve existing applications to the Sales, Marketing and Industrial Engineering teams as needed.

Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related field and 4 years of experience in a full stack Developer role. Additionally, the applicant must have 4 years professional experience in the following: 1.) designing and developing software applications Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platform; 2.) coding, testing and debugging highly complex applications using the latest tools and technologies, particularly AngularJS and .Net coding languages; 3.) branching/merging source code to integrate functional capabilities of separate applications, facilitate deployments; 4.) AngularJS; 5.) .Net WebApi / MVC and ADO.Net; 6.) SQL Server and TSQL; 7.) OO, design patterns, and SOLID principles; and 8.) Unit testing, dependency injection, TDD, mocking frameworks, Git.
