Receptionist

Pay: $10/hr ($15+ if brought on perm)

Work location: Macomb IL United States 61455 – free parking

Start date: As soon as possible

Shift hours: Mon – Fri – 8am – 5pm (40 hour work week)

Duration – at least 3 months with potential for extension and to apply internally for a perm role

Dress Code: Will have to dress in business attire everyday

Responsibilities:

Job duties:

Sit at the front desk – will be the face of the office; answer phone; enter check information into system; client interaction – may speak with clients and answer minimal questions; will have computer access; supply ordering, etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Skills:

Trustworthy – This is an office with 2 other people and they are looking to bring in a 3rd member

Computer proficient – word, basic excel

Education:

No Degree Required
