Overview

With company-wide project management accountabilities Daniels Health is now looking for our first Project Manager to come onboard and be accountable for overseeing all aspects of North-American projects (Within the functions of IT, Operations, Finance, Sales and P&C) responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. With the responsibility of setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects whilst also preparing reports for key stakeholders regarding the status of current projects.

  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project teams
  • Manage budget
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create schedule and project timeline
  • Track deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess result of project

Candidate Profile

  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
