Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided.)
Complete all daily service orders accurately.
Assimilate and apply all training materials and communications.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell additional services.
Utilize in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer’s needs.
Complete all required service-related paperwork.
Diagnose and discuss the scope of pest control service with customers.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures.
Present a well-groomed, consistent and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards.
