We are looking for a passionate, data-driven equality champion to join the team. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within the business, HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact.
As an Equality Business Partner, you will develop strategies to:
Align the Equality goals to individual business leaders to create a more inclusive company culture. Partner directly with leaders to assess their current state and identify best practices to move them forward.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and act as a consultant with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Use critical-thinking skills to apply relevant data, analysis, and proven best practices to improve programs.
Tightly align initiatives with recruiting strategies to attract, retain and engage talent
Increase the volume of skilled applicants and hires from underrepresented backgrounds, support the advancement of internal talent, and continue to build an inclusive workplace for everyone at Salesforce
Develop and implement measurable equality projects, strategies, and initiatives to achieve enterprise goals and objectives that further business strategies and goals
