Adjunct Faculty – Criminal Justice
Part-time Adjunct Faculty
Provide instruction and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in courses assigned by the division Assistant Dean. An adjunct faculty position requires professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates for this position must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, as well as, the ability to engage large groups of people with complicated material. They must also be able to use technology sufficiently, to use a learning management system (Blackboard), and respond to email.
This class occurs in a high school environment in the Oswego area.
SPRING 2020 OPENING:
CRJ100 Intro to Criminal Justice, offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:55-12:15 pm.
Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
Two years teaching experience and/or equivalent occupational experience in the field of criminal justice
Additional Qualifications Desired but not Required:
Teaching experience at the vocational/technical or community college level. Law enforcement experience.
