The key responsibilities
of the role include:


Under
general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for
supporting Treasury Management products and services. The partner assists in
back office processing of ACH, Wires, Information Reporting, BAI services, Remote
Deposit Capture and client training. Role may require managing client
relationships from inception through to completion.

Must comply with
departmental expectations, policies and procedures. Expected to harness a
working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.
Efficiently communicates both verbally and in written form. Must have a sense
of urgency and make work related decisions and/or take actions to complete
client requests. Extensive corporate client contact consulting on products and
services, and conducting presentations to senior management. Be able to
coordinate with other departments and vendors.

Works directly with clients/vendors
to ensure Treasury Management products/services are correctly processed.
Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services.

Accomplishes organization
goals by accepting ownership from inception to completion of each client
request.

Demonstrates excellent
analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills .
Should be adaptable and maintain flexibility in completing tasks in an ever
changing workplace.
Focuses on implementation of policies and procedures, building towards
becoming an area expert .
Provides coverage during vacation or ill time.

Trains/coaches new staff.
Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or
internal business impact
May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management.
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more
junior level employees.
Able to facilitate discussions and conduct client trainings either via
telephone, videoconference or in person at the clients place of business.
Serves as a
liaison between clients, vendors, application areas and network services.

The successful candidate
will benefit from having:




Must have knowledge of Treasury Management products/services. Must have 3 or more years of client servicing.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required—Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Must be able to multi-task and get work done in a timely manner.

Good attention to detail, analytical and have strong communication skills.
Must have strong working knowledge of the firm, industry and technology.
Have strong knowledge of Treasury Management products/services
