Under the direction of, and in collaboration with, the Persona Lead, contribute to the development and execution of the Persona Lead’s business plan pertaining to the practice area. Focus on execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
?Provides leadership and guidance to subject area advisory service team members and fosters an environment that encourages participation, teamwork and communication. Trains and mentors team members in subject matter expertise.
?Delivers direct client service in the area of subject matter expertise in complex circumstances.
?Develops and oversees the development of subject matter resources for use by client service partners. Equips and trains client service partners in an appropriate level of subject area content and advisory service delivery.
?Provides subject area expertise commentary for media coverage.
?Provides and reviews subject area content for sales and marketing, participates related activities as needed and adheres to applicable regulatory, risk management and compliance best practices and requirements.
?Actively engages with the professional advisor community, with regular attendance and presentations at industry and professional programs and conferences.
?Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
The successful candidate will have:
?Demonstrated experience in practical aspects of applying area knowledge
?Sought after by external COIs, clients and prospects as an expert
?Considered a peer among top experts in the field Speaker/Author of content Culture enhancer across the Advisory Practice
?10 years of experience in the subject area working with high-net worth individuals Adaptive professional skilled in working in a team environment to provide a customized client experience in collaboration with internal and external partners and advisors.
?Effective written and verbal communicator.
?In depth knowledge of subject area and commitment to ongoing augmentation of expertise.
?Advanced educational and professional designations and qualifications desired. Leadership and organizational skills are required
